SOLUCIÓN
(Todo como root)

1. nano /etc/apt/sources.list
2. Anyadir al final de la linea 'non-free'
3. aptitude install firmware-ipw2x00 wireless-tools
4. modprobe -r ipw2200 ; modprobe ipw2200
5. Probar:
iwconfig
Debería aparecer la interfax wlan0. Si no, reiniciar y probar el paso 5
