Tenemos fichero_1.pdf y fichero_2.pdf, y queremos juntarlos en un único fichero: fichero_conjunto.pdf
SOLUCIÓN
(Como root)
1. aptitude update && aptitude install pdftk
2. (Con cualquier usuario)
pdftk fichero_1.pdf fichero_2.pdf cat output fichero_conjunto.pdf
